The attached concession schedule (through January 12)  is based on current enrollment in MMYHA as well as the game schedule as provided to me.  I’ve done my best to accommodate families that have games out of town, players who commute from other communities and school schedules.  I have also tried to schedule families with younger players from the IP and Cross-ice program with families from upper levels so that mentoring can take place.  That being said, the schedule is quite likely not perfect and subject to scrutiny.  You are more than welcome to find subs for your shift or switch with other families.  Our only request is that you make those changes on the master schedule in the hallway at the rink so that we know who to expect to work each shift.  Please do not contact me to make those switches for you – you can handle it, I am sure of it.

Please remember that you must be at least 12 years of age to even enter the concession stand to “help” your parent, and that nobody under the age of 14 may handle money.  There are no exceptions.  High school and U19 players who meet the age requirement and are responsible can work their own shifts and earn their own fundraising hours!  However, if you are not sure how to operate the stand, please, have a parent work with you. 

Make sure to shut off equipment as directed, refill the stock inside and in the soda cooler, clean as needed and put the money in the drop box at the end of your shift.  And fill out an hours slip!  :o)
