Welcome to the new age of youth sports portraits! I am a Master Photographer, a Kodak/Alaris Mentor and a world-wide educator in the field of portrait photography. I just released my first book, “Portraiture Unplugged” and I will be creating your hockey portraits this year! I am excited to meet you all and get on the ice real soon. Your portrait day is Thursday, November 19th. You don’t need anything special that day except your game gear, game jersey and yes… your game face. No forms or money!
Ordering will be done on my website. This is good for many reasons. We do not need to worry as much about keeping everyone in order on photo day. This will speed up the process a bit. As long as each team sticks together, we can just roll through the skaters quickly. It also allows me to show you a few images of your child. This way you can decide which image or images to order from. With this system, you do not bring money or forms to picture day. It’s hard enough to just get your child and their equipment to the practice, why complicate things more. Just show-up on time and with a smile.
You will need to go to my website: WWW.PHOTOIMAGESBYCARL.NET to see your images. There is a “Shop Here” button on the top of the site. Click on it. You will see a “Youth Sports” button. That is where you will go to find your sport and event, but wait. First go to the button “Youth Ordering Tips”. There is a video to help understand how the ordering all works. After watching the video, find your sport and your event. Then find your child and place your order. You will need to do this by Monday, Nov. 23 at midnight. After that, the sale price ends and all orders will be considered reorders at 25% more cost. (Premium products can be ordered at any time after the deadline for the same sale price.)
Please remember… all products I have always offered are still available to you. Please look past the first “order screen” that appears. You can still do packages, buttons and other novelties. Also… I have had many questions about Memory Mates: These are an individual of your choice and a team image on the same 8x10 print. You do not choose the team. The team image with the coaches shown in the gallery will be the team on your memory mate print.
One more concern: The vintage poster image is only available as a “Vintage Poster” Please do not order anything other than a poster from this image. The “Vintage Poster” is in the “Novelty” area all the way on the bottom of the page.
