Thunder 18U's and 12U Girls finish fourth at State

MARINETTE – The M&M Thunder high school and 12U Girls teams both recorded fourth-place finishes at the WAHA State Tournament over the weekend. The high school team hosted the action at the Community REC Center while the 12U girls traveled to Brookfield, Wis.

The M&M Thunder Bantam hockey team reached the WAHA 14U 4A State Championship game this weekend, falling to Barron/Chetek in an overtime thriller. Meanwhile the Thunder high school team is preparing to host the WAHA 18U State Tournament at the Community REC Center this weekend.

The M&M Thunder played host to the Green Bay Gamblers on Saturday. A sold-out crowd cheered the Gamblers to a 4-3 win over the Madison Capitols.
