Registration fees are non-refundable. Once a participant has registered and payment has been received, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to: Scheduling conflicts, Change of plans, Illness or injury, Missed sessions, Weather-related travel issues, Participant dismissal due to misconduct. If the clinic is canceled by the organizers for any reason, participants will receive either: A full refund, or The option to transfer their registration to a future clinic, at the organizer's discretion. By completing registration and submitting payment, the participant's parent or legal guardian acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this No Refund Policy.
